In addition to these Terms, please review our Privacy Policies, which outline how we handle and protect your information. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions and Terms of Use
Unless otherwise defined within specific sections of this document, any term capitalized herein and not explicitly defined shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These terms may be used interchangeably in masculine, feminine, or neutral forms, and in singular or plural as appropriate to the context.
“Careers” refers to a series of Courses grouped by a common theme and organized according to a learning criterion, which include both theoretical and methodological content necessary for users to develop expertise in a specific area from multi- and interdisciplinary perspectives.
“Cookie” denotes a data file placed on the User’s device when accessing the Site.
“User Account” signifies the identification created for Users (comprising an access ID and password) to facilitate access to the Services provided by “NextGen Learning” via the Platform. This term may be referred to as “Account” or “User Account.”
“Course” means a structured educational module wherein Mentors and/or instructors provide instruction on a specific subject or topic to multiple Users through classes conducted on the “NextGen Learning” Platform.
“Current Laws” encompass all applicable laws, codes, legal norms, ordinances, regulations, treaties, rules, permits, resolutions, orders, interpretations, decisions, and injunctions in force within the UK that govern Users.
“Memberships” denotes the various subscription types offering limited-time access to the Courses and Services provided by “NextGen Learning,” allowing Users to select the most suitable option based on their preferences, rates, and available Courses.
“Mentors” refers to individuals with specialized knowledge in certain disciplines or subjects related to the Courses, who provide guidance and address Users’ inquiries.
“Platform” includes the website, virtual interfaces, and other digital media such as iOS or Android applications, tablets, and SmartTVs owned by “NextGen Learning,” through which Users register to access the service.
“Product” indicates access to a Course or a Package of Courses within the “NextGen Learning” Catalog, regardless of Membership subscription. Upon selecting a Product, Users may view classes online and/or live, along with associated content.
“Instructor” is a professional or specialist in a specific subject area or field who delivers Course content virtually through the Platform.
“Service” describes the provision by “NextGen Learning” of Courses on various topics, disciplines, sciences, or arts, facilitated by instructors and/or Mentors. This includes online and/or live courses, personalized course assistance, events, and video conferences, as communicated by “NextGen Learning.”
“Rate” refers to the price charged to Users for accessing any Membership offered by “NextGen Learning,” payable through the available payment methods on the Platform.
“Specific Terms and Conditions” pertain to the terms governing each Membership type.
Use of Your Personal Information

The Platform serves as an educational community designed for individuals seeking to acquire creative skills from industry professionals. Through “NextGen Learning,” Users can enroll in online courses, share personal projects, engage in discussion forums, connect with like-minded individuals, and access or comment on articles and tutorials. Users also have the option to publish images, photographs, audio, and video files, as well as share promotions or discounts, provided they have prior authorization from the User.
Users can register for Courses on the Platform, gaining access to audiovisual materials, discussion forums, and direct communication with the Class Teacher. These Conditions, the Privacy Policies, and other legal notices provided by “NextGen Learning” are separate from any agreements, communications, or other documents (“Class Commitments”) that may be established between the student and the Teacher within the class.
“NextGen Learning” assumes no responsibility for obligations outlined in the Class Commitments or for any actions taken based on them, and is not considered a party to any transactions between the student and the instructor. “NextGen Learning” retains the right to remove any class or course offering at its discretion, at any time, and for any reason.
Acceptance of the conditions
By accessing the Platform provided by “NextGen Learning,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions (the “Conditions”). Your use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Conditions, which, along with our Privacy Policies, govern your relationship with us. You may only register and use the Platform if you accept these Conditions. If you do not agree to them, you are advised not to use, access, or interact with the Platform’s Services, as such actions would be considered unauthorized.
Availability of the Contents
The content presented on the Platform may encompass various types of files, including but not limited to texts, images, audio, and video, whether created by “NextGen Learning” or provided by third parties. This content may also include links to external websites or applications not affiliated with “NextGen Learning,” as well as any other material that “NextGen Learning” deems relevant for inclusion.
“NextGen Learning” does not guarantee the perpetual availability of the content on the Platform. Accordingly, “NextGen Learning” retains the right to modify, suspend, or introduce any features or functionalities on the Platform at its discretion.
Access and use of the website
Users may utilize all functionalities and services provided by the Platform upon registering for an Account and selecting a Membership, unless a free plan is available at the time of registration as offered by “NextGen Learning.” Users are prohibited from copying or downloading any videos provided for educational purposes, as these materials remain the intellectual property of Next Generation Learning or its designated third parties and may only be accessed through Next Generation Learning’s resources.
Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who, according to applicable laws, have the legal capacity to perform legal acts. In cases where a minor wishes to access the Platform’s Services, the responsibility for such access shall fall upon the individual(s) exercising parental authority or guardianship over the minor, or those deemed legally responsible under current laws for persons with absolute disabilities. The same prohibition on copying or downloading videos applies, as these materials are protected by copyright and can only be accessed through Next Generation Learning’s resources.
Registration
To create an Account on the Platform, Users must complete the registration process by providing all required personal information, including full names, a username, and an email address, among other details. Additionally, Users must select a password. Users are prohibited from copying or downloading any videos provided for educational purposes, as these materials are protected by copyright belonging to Next Generation Learning or its designated third parties, and may only be accessed through Next Generation Learning’s resources.
Each User is permitted to register only one Account. The User must ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a breach of these General Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension or cancellation of the Account at the discretion of NextGen Learning.
The username chosen during registration must not contravene accepted norms, infringe on third-party rights, cause confusion, or harm the reputation or image of NextGen Learning. NextGen Learning reserves the right to amend any username deemed inappropriate without prior notice.
Liability for passwords
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted within their Account. The User must ensure that their login information is kept secure and is not shared with third parties. Any activity performed through the User’s Account will be deemed to have been executed by the User, and evidence to the contrary will not be accepted.
“NextGen Learning” shall not be liable for any damages resulting from security breaches or from the disclosure of the User’s username or password. Should the User become aware of any security breach or unauthorized access to their Account, they must immediately notify “NextGen Learning.”
In the event of forgetting the password or encountering any situation that poses a risk of unauthorized access or use, the User must promptly inform “NextGen Learning” to facilitate immediate action to block or replace the credentials. Until such notification is made, any actions or transactions carried out before the notification will be considered as performed by the User, who will be responsible for and bear any costs and damages arising from unauthorized access or use of the Platform.
Correct use of the Platform
The Platform is to be used solely for lawful purposes and must not contravene established legal standards, public order, or good customs. The User agrees to utilize the Platform in a manner that adheres to the legal system, maintains public order, and respects good customs. By way of illustration, and without limitation, the User specifically agrees to:
Refrain from abusing, harassing, threatening, impersonating, or intimidating any individual.
Avoid publishing or transmitting any defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, or profane content, or content that infringes on the copyrights or other rights of any individual.
Not attempt to access or utilize search engines or software (such as spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or similar) other than those provided by “NextGen Learning” or publicly accessible third-party search engines.
Refrain from generating or sending spam emails to any person or URL.
Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of influencing the voting on projects by other users.
Avoid publishing content for which you do not hold the copyright.
Not artificially increase or alter the number of votes or comments, nor accept or provide monetary or other forms of compensation for such votes.
Refrain from selling or transferring your User Account.
Not use the Platform for commercial purposes or for the benefit of third parties in a manner that breaches the provisions of this document.
Avoid attempting to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any software related to the website.
Content shared on the website.
The User shall retain all rights and intellectual property concerning the content they share on “NextGen Learning.” By uploading or sharing any content on the Platform, the User grants “NextGen Learning” (and its affiliates or commercial and communication partners) a worldwide, non-exclusive license to communicate, distribute, host, modify, create derivative works from, present, publish, reproduce, store, or otherwise use the content. If the content is used in any “NextGen Learning” communication medium, appropriate credit will be given.
Additionally, by sharing content, the User permits “NextGen Learning” and its Users and visitors to share such content across various integrated social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and LinkedIn). “NextGen Learning” does not warrant that the content published on the Platform will not be copied illegally or without consent.
“NextGen Learning” also does not restrict Users and visitors from creating low-resolution copies or thumbnails of the content. Consequently, the User authorizes “NextGen Learning” to permit Users and visitors to make such low-resolution copies of the content.
Products and Memberships offered by the Platform
“NextGen Learning” offers various Products and Memberships to its Users.
Products displayed on the Platform by “NextGen Learning” are referred to as “Pay as You Go Products.” These may include Courses, Course Packages, and/or Certifications, tailored to meet your needs and preferences. Users can access “Pay as You Go Products” by making a one-time payment through the Platform and will have unlimited access to the content for as long as the Platform operates. Access to these Products is separate from any Memberships you might purchase through the Platform. Additionally, Users may obtain Memberships such as: (i) Premium Individual, (ii) Premium Duo, (iii) Premium Family, and (iv) Premium Student, which provide access to a wide range of courses available on the Platform.
“NextGen Learning” reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or introduce new Memberships on the Platform at its discretion. Any modifications to Memberships will be communicated through the Particular Terms and Conditions of the Membership and on the Platform, ensuring Users are informed of the updated conditions.
Cancellations And Refund Policy
This policy permits you to cancel your course purchase within 14 days from the date of the contract’s conclusion, hereinafter referred to as the “Cancellation Period.”
Please be advised that if you use your voucher within the Cancellation Period, you are expressly requesting that we commence the provision of course materials immediately. By doing so, you acknowledge that you forfeit your right to cancel the course purchase and to receive any refund.
To request a course cancellation or refund, please contact us directly. Refunds are not available once payment is processed and the products have been delivered to the student’s dashboard or accessed. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Rates
Membership fees shall be governed by the Specific Terms and Conditions applicable to each membership type. “NextGen Learning” reserves the right to adjust its rates or charges for the Services provided on the Platform, including the introduction of charges for previously free Services, with prior notice. Rates paid before such adjustments will remain unaffected.
“NextGen Learning” may amend the Memberships and/or their Rates as deemed necessary. Any changes to the Rates or Memberships will be reflected in the updated Specific Terms and Conditions and will be communicated to the User via email and/or through the Platform.
Subject to applicable laws, payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used Membership periods or unused “NextGen Learning” content. However, if the User has a justified reason for seeking a refund for the Fee paid to “NextGen Learning” before the end of the term, they must contact [email protected].
Payment Methods
“NextGen Learning” retains the right to engage third-party facilitators to handle Fee payments processed through the Platform. Furthermore, “NextGen Learning” will first confirm that the Fee has been correctly paid before activating the Membership.
Memberships listed on the Platform, unless otherwise specified, may be paid using the following methods (“Payment Methods”):
Deferred Payment: Users may pay the Fee through bank transfers, PayPal, cash payments, or other payment platforms enabled by “NextGen Learning” on the Platform.
Online Payment: Users may pay the Fee using credit and/or debit cards through the Platform’s payment gateway.
Users authorize “NextGen Learning” to charge any Payment Method associated with their Account. For online payments, the Membership Fee will be automatically renewed. For deferred payments, Users must reactivate their Membership by making a new payment upon expiration. “NextGen Learning” may modify Payment Methods and their conditions as deemed appropriate.
Certain Payment Methods may incur additional fees, such as foreign transaction fees or processing charges. Users are also responsible for paying any applicable taxes as required by their legislation.
Users may update their Payment Method through their Account. Upon updating, they authorize “NextGen Learning” to charge the updated Payment Method. If payment fails due to issues such as expired credit cards or insufficient funds and the Account is not canceled, access to Courses and/or Memberships may be suspended until a valid Payment Method is provided.
Relationship with Instructors
“NextGen Learning” does not establish an employment, dependency, or subordination relationship with any of its instructors. “NextGen Learning” is solely responsible for the creation of the course design and the content on the Platform. Nonetheless, instructors will retain academic freedom and are entrusted by “NextGen Learning” to present their expertise and information without adherence to any prescribed doctrine.
Instructors are independent third parties who deliver Courses via the Platform. The User acknowledges that “NextGen Learning” will only be responsible for validating that the instructor shares the adequate and appropriate content in the Courses who will teach through the Platform.
“NextGen Learning” does not guarantee or manage the Teacher-User relationship. Users experiencing issues with course content or having complaints should direct their concerns to “NextGen Learning” at [email protected], allowing “NextGen Learning” to take appropriate action.
Should “NextGen Learning” identify that the content provided by an instructor fails to meet appropriate standards, it reserves the right to restrict such content. However, “NextGen Learning” is not liable for the truthfulness or accuracy of the information provided by the instructor.
“NextGen Learning” does not control or assume responsibility for access by Users to content, materials, products, or services via third-party links on the website. Accessing any content or links on the Platform is at the User’s own risk, and “NextGen Learning” is not liable for any consequences arising from such access.
Therefore, given that “NextGen Learning” does not oversee the content provided by its suppliers or third parties, including sites or applications linked through the Platform, it shall not be responsible for the content, materials, actions, or services provided by such suppliers or third parties, nor for any damages or losses resulting from their use, whether directly or indirectly.
Promotions, Offers, and Commercial Launches
“NextGen Learning” reserves the right to introduce promotional offers, complimentary courses, including scholarships for new students, and other similar initiatives at any time. These offerings will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be detailed at the time of their introduction and made available on the “NextGen Learning” website.
Similarly, to better serve the needs of its Users, “NextGen Learning” may launch new Membership options. Such Memberships will be governed by specific Terms and Conditions set forth at the time of their release.
Intellectual Property
The software utilized by the Platform, along with all content accessible therein, is the sole property of “NextGen Learning” and/or, where applicable, the instructors, their suppliers, or their external service providers. Such property is safeguarded by applicable UK copyright, trademark, patent, design, and industrial property laws and international treaties, regardless of registration status.
Unauthorized activities such as copying, distributing, transmitting, retransmitting, publishing, printing, disseminating, or commercially exploiting any material or content available through the Platform are strictly prohibited without prior express written authorization from “NextGen Learning” or the respective intellectual property rights holder. Any breach of these terms will result in civil claims and may prompt formal complaints or legal action by the relevant authorities, which may include providing information necessary for the investigation and prosecution of the infringement.
Copyright
All copyrights related to the Platform, including its content and visual design, are owned by “NextGen Learning” and/or its suppliers. Unauthorized use, modification, reproduction, distribution, transmission, or commercialization of these rights is prohibited without prior, express, and written consent from the rights holders, except as permitted for appointment rights, educational employment, or other recognized fair uses.
Privacy
In compliance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data, “NextGen Learning” will take all reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of Users’ information and data. However, “NextGen Learning” shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm that may result from breaches of these measures by third parties who use public networks or the Internet to compromise security systems and gain unauthorized access to Users’ information.
Furthermore, access to the Platform is contingent upon the User’s review and acceptance of the Privacy Policy, which is accessible on the Platform. By registering as a User of “NextGen Learning,” the User consents to the Privacy Policies.
“NextGen Learning” may collaborate with other institutions and, with the appropriate authorizations, reserves the right to re-contact individuals who have participated as end-users (beneficiaries) in such collaborations.

Regarding the Information and Contents
Information and Content – “NextGen Learning” provides users with a virtual environment to access courses taught by instructors. Consequently, “NextGen Learning” does not offer any warranties nor does it manage or oversee interactions, services, or information exchanges that may occur between users.
Errors or Viruses on the Platform – “NextGen Learning” shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred on the Platform resulting from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, system breakdowns, or disconnections that are beyond “NextGen Learning”’s control. This includes delays or disruptions caused by deficiencies or overloads on the Internet or other electronic systems, as well as damages inflicted by third parties through unauthorized interference beyond “NextGen Learning”’s control.
Services – Neither “NextGen Learning” nor its employees or managers shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data, arising from or related to the Courses, Projects, or these terms.
Availability and Suspension of the Service
If any Memberships offered by “NextGen Learning” are no longer available to the general public, the rights of Users who have already obtained such Memberships will remain in effect until their respective terms expire.
“NextGen Learning” reserves the right to suspend your Account, halt the service, and/or deny you access to the Platform or Website, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of any violation of these Terms and Conditions. This may also include filing complaints with relevant authorities. Actions deemed abusive, inappropriate, illegal, fraudulent, or involving illicit activities or goods will be considered violations of these Terms and Conditions
Amendments to Terms and Assignment of Contractual Position
“NextGen Learning” retains the right to update, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All revised General Terms and Conditions will become effective upon their publication and will apply for all legal purposes. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms to identify any changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless “NextGen Learning”, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims or demands made by other Users or third parties arising out of the User’s activities on the Platform, any breach of these Terms and Conditions or related Policies, or any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
Jurisdiction and applicable legislation
Any disputes related to the interpretation or enforcement of these General Terms and Conditions, or any claims arising from the use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. The Parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction or legal provisions that might apply due to their current or future residence, and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
