No, there are no time limits for completing the courses. After joining the courses, learners can start and complete them at their convenient time and pace.

Most of the courses on NextGen Learning don’t have any requirements. Anyone with basic English knowledge and access to the internet can take the courses.

Yes, NextGen Learning will provide accredited certificates of achievement after the students complete their courses.

The digital certificate will be provided instantly after completing the course, and the hard copy will only take a few days to reach their doorstep.

If the order is cancelled within 14 days from the date of the purchase, a refund will be provided. However, if the enrolment has been already accepted and the learner has received the resources, there will be no refunds.

The students can access the courses as long as their subscription is active.

The courses and their materials can be accessed from phones, tabs, laptops, computers etc.

The learners will find a ‘Validate Certificate’ option at the bottom of the webpage on our web portal once they complete the course. This option will help them validate their certificates.
