What is changing for UK employers

Since 26 October 2024, employers have had a duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their staff. From 30 October 2026, the Employment Rights Act 2025 raises that to “all reasonable steps” and makes employers liable for harassment by third parties such as customers and contractors. Tribunals can increase compensation by up to 25% if an employer has not met the duty. Regular, well-recorded training is widely regarded as one of the steps employers will need to show.

Certificate of Achievement

Upon successful completion, you will qualify for the UK and internationally-recognised CPD certificate and transcript, you can choose to make your achievement formal by obtaining your PDF Certificate and transcript.
